Advanced Access Platforms are the UK’s largest privately owned Powered Access company, supplying a wide range of Powered Access solutions, services and associated training. Started in 2007, Advanced Access has gone from strength to strength and now boasts 5 depots, a refurb centre and an apprenticeship school and not to mention we employ some of the most experienced people in the industry.

We are committed to supplying the correct piece of equipment for every requirement professionally, reliably, competitively and most of all safely to any site in the country. Our large fleet of specialist vehicles will deliver at any time, day or night, and with the knowledge we are a FORS Gold transport company you know our service will be second to none.
As well as being an IPAF training centre, our training division can also offer a full range of training from IPAF & PASMA to Face Fit, Harness or any training you require.

Meet the team
Advanced Access Platforms is a privately owned company, operated by a team with many years’ experience in powered access. The team consists of our Directors, the Executive board and a team of colleagues who understand that our drive is to provide a first-class service to all our customers.
John Corcoran
Over 35 years of powered access experience and mastermind of Advanced Access Platforms.
Jamie Corcoran
Jamie looks after all operations in the business and heads up our Media Access Division.
Joe Firmager
Joe has been at Advanced Access Platforms since the beginning and runs all the hire side of the business.
Chelsea Corcoran
Chelsea heads up the training division and all aspects of the businesses marketing.
Matt Woolman
Over 20 years of powered access experience, IPAF trainer, CAPS engineer and looks after all things Health and Safety.
Conner Rowland
Runs our sales team and looks after all aspects of the sales within Advanced Access Platforms.
Tom Jenner
Tom helps coordinate our engineering team and helps keep the plant running well.
Charlie Cooper
One of our longest serving members of the team, Charlie started as a junior and now runs the Engineering department.
Jim Mason
Jim has years of experience with all things HGV, keeps our transport fleet on the road, safe and compliant.
Cath Rogers
Cath looks after all thing’s accounts, from payable to receivable.
Aidan Ward
One of our senior hire controllers and looks after the non-Mechanical division of Advanced Access.
Millie Day
Another one of our senior hire controllers helping keep the hire desk running perfectly.
